ROMANO 83, of 22a6 Columbia Ave., Tyrone, died at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 1981, in her home, following an extended illness. She was born Feb. 8, 1898, in Lock Haven, the daughter of Elmer and Maggie (Funk) Kling, and July 17, 1915, in Cumberland, Md., married Guido Romano, who died July 21, 1968. Surviving are four children, Michael of Tyrone, Mrs. Mary Dannaway of Wilmington, Del., and Gloria and Patricia at home; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and a brother and a sister, Harry of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Margaret Stouffer of Tyrone. Mrs. Romano was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Tyrone. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Theodore J. Feller Memorial Home, Tyrone. ROMANO - The funeral of Mrs. Mabel M. Romano of 2216 Columbia Ave., Tyrone, will be held with a mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Matthews's Catholic Church, Tyrone, by the Rev. John R. Sasway. Interment in parish cemetery. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Theodore J. Feller Memorial Home, Tyrone, where a wake service will be held at 8 p.m. today.
