SAMUEL RORER

A guest at the Methodist Home for the Aged, died at the home on Sunday night 
at 9:45.  Mr. Rorer was a son of Isaac and Mary (Latherow) Rorer and was 
born at Edward Furnace, Pa., on Jan. 27, 1849.  He became a guest at the 
home on Oct. 19, 1936.  He is survived by four nieces, Mrs. Mary Anderson 
and Mrs. Roy Morton of Petersburg, Mrs. J. M. McWilliams of Williamsport and 
Mrs. Ralph Jackson of Waterloo, Ida., also three great-grandsons and two 
granddaughters, Mrs. Harry Long of Petersburg and Mrs. Robert Smith of 
Belleville.
