Thirty-five years old; wife and two children. The Register, Hollidaysburg, Pa., Wednesday, April 2, 1873 Man Killed. Yesterday morning about nine o'clock David Ross, brakeman on shifter No. 36, was instantly killed at the lower end of the passenger depot in this city. As the shifter was going up the track he got off for some purpose, and not noticing the approach of one or two sleeping cars being dropped from the depot, was struck and run over by them. Of course he was fatally injured, and breathed but a few minutes. His residence was on Chestnut avenue, and was aged about 35 years, and leaves a wife and two children.
