SAMUEL L. ROTHROCK,

Formerly of this city, died of heart disease at Lewistown on Sunday,
September 8, aged 46 years, 3 months and 17 days.  The deceased served
for twenty-five years in the standing army and was then honorably
discharged.  He was born in Mifflin county and was never married.  His
father, William Rothrock, and four brothers, survive him.  The
brothers are William L., Sachanach S., Allan A. and Chester.
