Rupert, died at the home of her daughter Mrs. Frederick Keiper of 112 Pearl St., at 5:40 a.m. She was born in Ireland, April 27, 1858, and came to this country with her parents, James and Elizabeth (Cozzins) Glenny, in 1863. The family located in Huntingdon. Mrs. Rupert had resided in Altoona for the past 35 years. Her husband who died here on February 2, 1915. Surviving are 3 children, Mrs. Frederick (Bess) Keiper, George H., and Harry Ellwood both of this city, 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 brother James Glenny Rochester NY, and 1 sister Mrs. Wm. Hipple of Harrisburg, Pa. 2 half brothers Thomas Glenny and Clara Edwards of Huntingdon, and Charles Glenny of Mt. Union. Mrs. Rupert was a member of the Grace Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held Sunday at the Keiper Home at 3 p.m. Interment at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Altoona Mirror, 4-5-1929
