He was born in Huntingdon County on September 8th, 1892, son of David and Alice (Glenny) Rupert. Surviving are 3 daughters and one son, Alice of Philadelphia, Harry of Union Furnace, Nellie of Tyrone, and Dorothy at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Robison in the city; also surviving are his sister, Mrs. Frederick (Elizabeth) Keiper, and brother, George Rupert of Altoona. Mr. Rupert was of the Methodist faith. The body will be brought to his sister's at 112 Pearl Street. Funeral service will be held at the Keiper home, 2:30 p.m. Friday. Interment will be made at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
