Mr. Russell, although not in the best of health, was not considered seriously ill. He was one of those happy, jovial men that seemed to brighten the way with a smile. He was a member of the Methodist Home Male Quartette. William Russell was born June 26, 1856, at Charles City, Iowa. His parents were David C. and Rebecca (Johnson) Russell. He came to The Methodist Home For The Aged from Belleville, September 20, 1921. Funeral services will be held at the Methodist Home For The Aged, Wednesday, May 9, at 10:30 a.m. in charge of the Superintendent, Reverend Emerson Karns, assisted by Reverend Stone, Reedsville.
