William Harold Rutherford,

Son of William L. and Gertrude Rutherford, died at the residence of his 
parents, 911 Fourth avenue, about 7 o'clock yesterday morning, aged 2 
months.  The child was found dead in bed at the time mentioned and when 
Dr. Smith was summoned, he pronounced the case one of heart failure, 
owing to a defect in the valves of the organ.  The remains were 
interred in Oak Ridge cemetery this afternoon.
