MINNIE J. SAVINO, 

78, of 1522 Pleasant Valley Blvd., died at 3 p.m. Monday, March 31, 
1980, in Altoona Hospital, following an extended illness.  She was born 
Dec. 3, 1901, in Altoona, the daughter of Frank and Maria (Grassi) 
Fenelli, and Nov. 27, 1919, in Altoona, married Louis Savino.  
Surviving are her husband, three children, Nick, John and Mrs. Mary 
Eyster of Altoona; seven grandchildren, a great-grandson and a brother 
and two sisters, Louis and Mrs. Eleanor Restauri of Altoona and Mrs. 
Susie DePoala of Pittsburgh.  Mrs. Savino was a member of Our Lady of 
Mount Carmel Catholic Church.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 
p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Santella Funeral 
Home.

Mrs. Savino was preceded in death by a son, Frank L. Savino, who died 
in April 1945, while serving our country in the South Pacific during 
WWII.
