Schnellbaugh, age 81, of 1405 Lincoln Avenue, Tyrone died Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at Tyrone Hospital. She was born August 31, 1923 in Altoona, the daughter of Edmund P. Sr. and Mary Evans Moyer. On June 4, 1946 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church she was married to Max L. Schnellbaugh who preceded her in death January 12, 1985. She is survived by two children, Max L. and wife Susie of Boalsburg and Kathy, wife of H. Michael Narehood of Tyrone. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Allison Schnellbaugh, Cleveland, Oh.; Megan, wife of Mark Brownley, Myrtle Beach, SC; Emily Schnellbaugh, State College; Amy, wife of Dan Williams, York; Max Schnellbaugh, Myrtle Beach, SC; Valerie Narehood, Cincinnati, Oh.; Michael Narehood, Altoona and Joseph Narehood, Philadelphia. Also surviving are three great-grandchildren, Breonna and Natalia Williams and Mitchell Brownley and a special nephew Eddie Moyer, Tyrone. She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters, Edmund Moyer Jr., Elizabeth Ammerman and Mildred Edwards. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church and was a life member of Court St. Rita #523 C.D.A. She was a graduate of Tyrone High School Class of 1941 and prior to her retirement had been employed at the Boutique, Steel's Drug Store and Reliance Manufacturing Co. She dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her many friends. Funeral Mass for Margaret L. Schnellbaugh will be Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with Father Joseph T. Orr officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc. on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Wake Service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Contributions in her memory may be made to the St. Matthew's Catholic Church Building Fund, 406 W. 11th Street, Tyrone, Pa 16686 or the American Heart Association, 501 Howard Ave., Altoona, Pa 16601.
