FRANK SCIARRILLO,

Of 522 Eighth Avenue, died at 9 o'clock this morning at Mercy hospital 
where he had been a patient since July 16.  He was born in Buccino, 
Italy, a son of Nickola and Theresa (Volpe) Sciarrillo, but had resided 
in Altoona for the past twenty years, working at his trade of stone 
mason. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Marie (DeMarie) Sciarrillo; three 
sons and three daughters, Mrs. Adelaide Orlandi and Nick Sciarrillo of 
the city, Alfonso of Newark, N.J., Mrs. Theresa Lardieri, Mrs. Edna 
Petrogallo, and Victor, all of the city; twenty-four grandchildren, two 
great-grandchildren and one brother, Guy, in South America.  Mr. 
Sciarrillo was a member of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and of the 
Italian-American Citizen's society.  Friends will be received at the 
Hickey funeral home after noon Saturday.
