Mr. Sciarrillo retired Jan. 1, 1958, from the Pennsylvania Railroad as a clerk with 48 years service. He was born Nov. 28, 1890, in Buccino, Italy, a son of Francisco and Maria (DeMaria) Sciarrillo, and married Pasqulina Daniele on Nov. 17, 1912, in Mr. Carmel Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, three children, Miss Yolanda and Miss Edna at home and William of Hollidaysburg; a brother and two sisters, Victor, Mrs. Teresa Lardieri and Mrs. Edna Gilda Petrogallo of Altoona. A son, Frank, was killed in action on June 8, 1945, in the Normandy invasion. Mr. Sciarrillo was the last surviving founding member of the Buccinese Society. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Friends will be received in the Santella Funeral Home from 10 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
