Philip Seidel, aged 7, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Seidel of 1321 Fifth
avenue, died at the state institution at Polk, Pa.  He is survived by
the following brothers: Edward, Herbert, Leonard, John, Frederick and
Theodore and one sister, Hildagarde.
