WILLIAM W. SEIGLE

Of 507 Thirteenth street, died at his home at 7 o'clock last evening 
after an extended illness. He was born in McAlevys Fort on May 21, 
1864, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Seigle, but had resided in 
Altoona for a number of years, engaging in the hauling business. 
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bessie (Lucas) Seigle; one son, Gabriel of 
the city; an adopted daughter, Mrs. Margaret Richards; nine 
grandchildren and two brothers, Andrew of Cottonwood Falls, Kans., and 
Frank of Alexandria. Mr. Seigle was a member of the Seventh Day 
Adventist church. The body may be viewed at the Gilden funeral home 
where funeral services will be held at 2.30 o'clock Thursday afternoon. 
Interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
