Died.

SENG. - On Monday morning at 8:30 o'clock Mrs. Frank Seng, at her late
residence on Fourth avenue between Thirteenth and Fourteenth streets,
aged 46 years, 8 months and 11 days.

The funeral will take place this afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Services
will be held at the German Catholic church.  Friends of the family are
invited to attend.
