DEATH OF A CHILD.

  Gerald M., son of Michael and Ida Ivory Seymour, died at 7 o'clock 
yesterday evening at the residence of the parents at 1905 Nineteenth 
street, of diphtheria.  He was born in this city on April 27, 1909.  
Besides his parents he is survived by the following sisters and 
brothers: Mary, Mildre,d Alverda, Leo, Gladys, Ernest and Clara May, 
all at home.  He was a pupil of St. John's school and will be sadly 
missed among his playmates.  Private funeral services will be held at 
2:30 Tuesday afternoon, and interment will be made in Calvary cemetery.
