The Tyrone Herald 4/15/1915
John, the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Seymour, passed away at the family 
home on Pennsylvania avenue at 5 o’clock Monday evening.  The deceased was born 
February 24, 1905, at Cork, Ireland.  His parents brought him to this country 
when he was four years old and the last six years of his life have been spent 
in Tyrone.  Death was caused by heart trouble.  He is survived by his parents 
and their four remaining children;  Rita, Elsie, Raymond and Gerald.
