Seymour of Cameron Avenue died at his home yesterday morning at 11:50 o'clock from paralysis. He was 73 years of age. He was born June 27, 1875 in Philadelphia, the son of Michael and Ellen (Gleason) Seymour. On Oct. 25, 1911 in St. Mary's Catholic Church of Altoona, he was married to Mary Bender. He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Fleming of Philadelphia, a son, Joseph Seymore of Tyrone; a sister, Miss Margaret Seymour and a brother, J. M. Seymour, both of Philadelphia. Mr. Seymour was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church and the Order of Railroad Telegraphers, having served 25 years as a local chairman for the telegraphers. He was retired in 1938 after long service on the Middle Division in the capacity of telegrapher. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Matthew's Catholic Church in charge of Father Tolan. Interment will be made in the Calvary Cemetery of Altoona.
