DEATH OF A CHILD.

  Ferdinand Richard Shaffer, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Shaffer, 
jr., died yesterday morning at 6 o'clock at the parental home, 612 
Blair street, of marasmus, aged 2 months.  The funeral services will be 
held this afternoon at 3 o'clock in St. Mary's Catholic church.  
Interment will follow in St. Mary's cemetery.
