MRS. MARY A. SHARRAR.

  On Thursday, January 18, Mrs. Mary A. Sharrar died at Ashland, Neb., 
and was buried at that place two days later.  Her death was caused by 
disease incident to old age.  The maiden name of the deceased was 
Morrow, and she was born in Sinking Valley in 1817.  Her husband, James 
Sharrar, died some years ago.  Surviving her she left a number of 
children who reside in Nebraska.  She also leaves one sister, Mrs. 
Henry Canan, of 2215 Eighth avenue, Altoona, and one brother, Rollin 
Morrow, of Baileyville, Colorado.
