ARVILLA M. SHAW
April 13, 1911 - July 15, 2006

  Arvilla M. Shaw, 95, of East Freedom passed away Saturday at Nason 
Hospital. She was born in Brooks Mills, the daughter of the late Edward 
E. and Clara (Smith) Shaw.
  She was a member of East Freedom United Methodist Church. She retired 
from Sylvania in 1972 after 26 years of service. She enjoyed reading 
her Bible and being with family.
  Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death 
by three sisters: Mildred Shaw, Lila Smith and Violet Shaw; and four 
brothers: Edgar, Donald, Russell and Carl Shaw.
  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral 
Home, East Freedom, with the Rev. Charles Baughman officiating. 
Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery, Roaring Spring. Memorial contributions 
may be given to East Freedom United Methodist Church.
