DEATHS OF CHILDREN.

  Melvin Richard Shope died at the home of the parents, Broad avenue 
extension, Eldorado, yesterday afternoon at 4.10 of pneumonia.  He was 
born Feb. 4, 1917.  Private funeral services will be conducted at the 
home this evening at 8 o'clock and the body will be taken to Saltillo 
on Saturday morning for interment.
