SHULTZ ELECTROCUTED NEAR BELLWOOD Funeral services will be held Friday for William Lee Shultz, 28, of 421 West Twenty-third st., who died at 4:15 p.m. yesterday when a "hot" electric wire fell across his chest and shoulders as he worked on the line in Route 220, Antis Township, near the Bellwood intersection. Shultz, an employee of the Home Electric Company, Tyrone, was replacing old wire on a utility pole and was in the process of cutting a jump-over wire when it apparently fell against his body. Jack Myers, 1300 Lincoln ave., was on the pole with Shultz at the time. The Blazing Arrow fire company ambulance was sent to the scene at about 3:30 p.m. The second ambulance of the company was called some ten minutes later with a respirator. Raymond H. Shultz, Nealmont, the victim's father, was standing on the ground at the time of the accident, State police said. The father is also, employed by the Home Electric company, but it was the first the father-son team had worked together in some time. Services will be held Friday afternoon in the First Evangelical United Brethren church, in charge of the Rev. Henry Culp. Burial will be in the Bald Eagle cemetery. Friends will be received at the home. The body will be taken to the church at 2 p.m. Friday. The victim was born in Tyrone, May 28, 1923, the son of Raymond H. and Ruth Spitler Shultz.
