Death of Mrs. Margaret Siers.

  At a few minutes before 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon Mrs. Margaret 
Siers, wife of Alexander Siers, of 1327 Twelfth avenue, this city, died 
after a serious illness of about two months.  Mrs. Siers was born in 
McVeytown on May 18, 1833, and was, therefore, aged 57 years, 10 months 
and 4 days.  The last few days of her life were full of intense 
suffering, her disease being affection of the heart and dropsy.  She 
bore all with Christian fortitude and died trusting in her Maker.  Her 
remains will be taken to McVeytown for interment and the funeral will 
be private and will take place on Saturday.
