George E. Sipes,

Aged 62 years, died at the residence of his sister, Mrs. Clarke, 2110 
Tenth avenue, with whom he has made his home, at 4:30 o'clock this 
morning.  He was an old employee of the wheel foundry where he worked 
until about three months ago, when failing health obliged him to quit 
work.  He was greatly respected by all his acquaintances who will be 
sorry to hear of his death, of which dropsy was the cause.  He was a 
member of the relief fund since it started in this city.  No 
arrangements have yet been made for the funeral.
