JONATHAN SLIPPY,

A well-known retired farmer of Turkey Valley, Frankstown township, died 
at 6 o'clock this morning, aged 82 years.  He is survived by his wife 
and five children as follows: Mrs. Frank Mentzer, Mrs. Irvin Mentzer, 
Mrs. W. S. Reese and Mrs. J. M. Delozier, all of Frankstown township.  
Mr. Slippy was a charter member of the Lutheran church at Geeseytown 
and helped build the church.

FUNERAL NOTICES.

  The funeral of Jonathan Slippy will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday 
afternoon, services to be conducted in the Geeseytown church.  
Interment in Geeseytown cemetery.
