BLANCHE SMITH

Of 700 3rd Ave., died unexpectedly at her home at 1.30 a.m. yesterday, 
Feb. 8, 1970. She was born Nov. 17, 1871, near East Freedom, a daughter 
of William and Jane (Shaw) Smith. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. 
Adam Helsel of Altoona and Mrs. Arthur Heverly of Lakemont, and a 
sister, Mrs. Clara Shaw of East Freedom RD. Mrs. Smith was a member of 
the Roaring Spring Mennonite Church. Friends will be received in the 
Haller Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, from 7 to 10 p.m. today.
