No. 3, Greenwood, a gang foreman in the East Altoona roundhouse, died at his home at 1:02 o'clock yesterday afternoon of a complication of diseases. He was born at Newry on December 2, 1873, a son of Maxwell and Ann Smith. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bertha Smith; one brother Clyde Smith of Braddock and three sisters, Mrs. Elsie DeHaven, Mrs. Blanche Johnston and Mrs. George Delozier, all of the city. Mr. Smith was a member of the Bethany Lutheran church, of Logan lodge, No. 490, F. and A. M., the Harrisburg Consistory, Jaffa Temple and Red Cross lodge, Knights of Pythias. Funeral services will be held at the home at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery. Altoona Mirror, Wednesday, December 28, 1932
