Smith, wife of John Smith, and an aged and highly respected resident of Williamsburg, died yesterday morning at her late home on Second street, of heart trouble after several years' ill health. Deceased was the daughter of Jacob and Margaret Winters, deceased, and was the only surviving member of her family of nine children and was born in Williamsburg on Feb. 1, 1845, living her entire life in her native town. She is survived by her husband and daughters, Mrs. Arnanda [sic] Caruerer [sic], and Miss Mamie both at home. She was a life-long member of the Lutheran church of this place and at the time of her death was a faithful and consistent member. Mrs. Smith possessed a kind and cheerful disposition and was loved and esteemed by all with whom she came in contact. Funeral services, conducted by her pastor, Rev. J. M.
