JACQUELINE KAY "JACKIE" SMITH 

  Mrs. Jacqueline Kay "Jackie" Smith, 38, of 511 Oak St., Tyrone, died 
Thursday morning at her residence.
  She was born in Philipsburg, a daughter of Clayton E. and Donna 
(Reed) Walk.
  She was married September 4, 1987 to William E. Smith.
  She is survived by her husband and three sons: William E., Jr., Aaron 
Matthew and Cody Reed, all at home; one granddaughter, Rilee Nicole 
Barndt of Bald Eagle; her parents, Clayton and Donna Walk of Vail, 
Tyrone; a sister, Vickie Lee Harvey and her husband Harry of Portage; a 
brother, Clayton E. Walk, Jr. of Tyrone; her grandmother, Ethel Walk of 
Vail, Tyrone and several nieces and nephews.
  She was a member of the Bald Eagle United Methodist Church where she 
had perfect Sunday School attendance for 21 years.
  She was active in Booster Club activities in all local sports and 
really loved all children.
  She was employed at the Heartside Nursing Home, State College as a 
dietary aide for the past four years.
  Funeral services will be held Monday, March 13, 2006 at 11 a.m. at 
the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone.
  Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park.
  Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 2 to 4 
p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
