LUCIOUS SMITH

  Lucious Smith, of Tenth avenue and Twelfth street, aged 46, colored, 
died at the Altoona hospital yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock after 
suffering for several days from pneumonia.  He was admitted to the 
institution on December 14 and is survived by a wife and several 
children.  Funeral arrangements will be made later.
