SMITH Mrs. Mary Edna Smith, wife of Walter Smith, of Berwind-White, died on Monday night at her home there, of tuberculosis, with which she had been a sufferer for several years. Deceased was born in April, 1894. She was a member of the Presbyterian church of Hollidaysburg. She is survived by her husband, and four-year-old daughter, Mary Elizabeth, her mother, Mrs. Adam Thompson, of Saxton, and three brothers and the same number of sisters: Mrs. Margaret Burket, of Everett; Mrs. Catherine Weyandt, of Altoona; Nick Thompson of Akron, O., Adam and Isaac of Saxton and Mrs. Mae Swope of Broad Top City. The funeral services will be held at her late home this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, to be conducted by Rev. W. H. Orr, of the Presbyterian church.
