MRS. NAOMI E. SMITH.

  Mr. Naomi Estella Smith, colored, died at the Altoona hospital at 12:15 
o'clock yesterday afternoon of a complication of diseases.  Deceased was 
born in West Virginia and was aged 31 years.  Her husband preceded her to 
the grave three years ago and she is survived by these children: 
Margaret, Esther, Leo and Theodore, at home.  The remains are being 
prepared for burial by Undertaker E. W. Jones and the funeral 
arrangements will be announced later.

FUNERAL NOTICE.

  The funeral of Mrs. Naomi Smith will take place this afternoon, services 
to be conducted at 2:30 o'clock at Mt. Zion Baptist church.  Interment will 
be made in Eastern Light cemetery.
