Snoberger of Catfish, Blair township, died this morning at 4.25 o'clock at the Nason hospital in Roaring Spring where she had been a patient suffering from injuries received in a fall at her home on May 16. She was a daughter of George A. and Mary V. Weaver and was born near Newry on Dec. 27, 1857. She was united in marriage with Fred S. Snoberger on Feb. 19, 1880, and had resided at Catfish practically all her life and was a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian church in Hollidaysburg. Surviving are the husband and two daughters, Miss Mary Grace Snoberger, at home, and Miss Olive Ruth Snoberger of Germantown, Philadelphia. One son, Angus Homer, is deceased. She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Caroline W. Biddle of Hackensack, N.J. SNOBERGER - Funeral services for Mrs. Maria L. Snoberger of Blair township will be conducted in the First Presbyterian church in Hollidaysburg Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock in charge of the pastor, Rev. T. Stacy Capers. Interment will be made in the Presbyterian cemetery. The body may be viewed at the home this evening where friends are being received. Altoona Mirror, June 15, 1938
