MRS. EVA SNYDER,

An old resident of East Freedom, died at 8:30 o'clock this morning at 
the home of her son in that place.  She was a sufferer from paralysis 
and she had been an invalid for a number of years.  She was aged 77 
years, 3 months and 22 days.  Her husband died more than a year ago.  
She is survived by seven children, viz: Mrs. Susan Dodson of near 
Freedom; Jonas Snyder of McKee's Gap, Mrs. Amanda Gunter of near 
Tyrone, Enoch Snyder of East Freedom, with whom deceased made her home, 
Jeremiah and Archie of Tyrone, and Mrs. Cinderella Hepner of Tyrone.  
Mrs. Snyder was an exemplary Christian wife and mother and had been a 
member of the United Brethren church for thirty-five years.  Funeral 
services will be held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock in the U. B. 
church at East Freedom.  Interment in Union cemetery at Roaring Spring.
