Ruth Anna Snyder, the 9-month-old daughter of Garfield and Eva Harrington Snyder of 1304 Bridge street, died at the parental home this morning at 4:25 o'clock of cholera infantum, bringing double trouble for the Snyder family, who have had a child lost since last Sunday. The infant child was born on March 22, 1918, and had been sick for only a short time. Besides the parents, one brother, Buster, and two sisters, Maxine and Betty, survive. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with interment in Fairview cemetery. The child that is missing, Betty, is a 4-year-old child with golden hair and she has not been seen since Sunday afternoon, when she was said to have left the home with 9-year-old Louise Oswald, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Oswald of East Altoona. Neither of the children can be located and it is understood that the Oswald child had $5 with her when she left her home. Any information of their whereabouts would be appreciated by the anxious parents. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., Wednesday, September 18, 1918
