SAMUEL M. SNYDER

Of East Freedom, R.D. 1, died yesterday in the Nason hospital, Roaring Spring.  
He was born near East Freedom Oct. 12, 1885, a son of Charles and Ellen Snyder, 
and married Miss Sarah E. Dibert at Bakers Summit in November, 1912.  Surviving 
are his wife, two daughters and six sons, Mrs. Mary Forney of Altoona, Mrs. 
Marietta Beck of East Freedom, Melvin, Charley, Jacob, Albert, Paul and Galen, 
all of East Freedom, R.D. 1; seven grandchildren, one brother, Daniel of 
Duncansville, R.D. 1; one half-brother and one half-sister, John Snyder of 
Hollidaysburg and Mrs. Betty Hale of Ore Hill.  Four children and four brothers 
and sisters preceded him in death.  Friends will be received at the home of 
Raymond Beck, East Freedom, R.D. 1.
