Deaths of Children.

  Catherine Sparr, aged 2 years, whose parents live in Williamsburg, 
died at the Altoona hospital, yesterday morning at 10:40 o'clock, from 
a complication of diseases.  The child was an adopted one, and is 
survived by relatives in this city.  The body is to be taken to 
Williamsburg today, where interment will be made.

  The remains of Catharine, the 2-year-old daughter of Lawrence Sparr, 
who died at the Altoona hospital Thursday at 10.40 of acute 
appendicitis, after a brief illness, were brought to the home on West 
Third street Thursday evening in charge of Funeral Director H. O. 
Snively.  The funeral will take place today at 2 o'clock, interment in 
the Sparr cemetery on Clover Creek.
