MRS. PATRICIA SPEEVACK
     
  Patricia Jane 'Pat' Speevack, 74, of Munfordville, died Thursday, July 18, 
2002, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
  A native of Altoona, Pa, she was a registered nurse and a homemaker.  She 
attended Munfordville Baptist Church and was a member of the choir.  She was 
a 1945 graduate of Altoona High School and a 1949 graduate of the Garfield 
Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Washington, D.C.
  She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Rogers and Katherine 
Walker Rogers.  Survivors include her husband, Dr. Harold L. Speevack; two 
daughters, Kathy Speevack of Bowling Green and Cindy Speevack of Marlborough, 
Mass; two sons, Dr. H. Lynn Speevack of Louisville and Tim Speevack of 
Branford, Conn.; a brother, Terry Rogers of Altoona, PA.; and three 
grandchildren.
  The funeral is 11 a.m. Central time Monday at Hawkins-Brooks Funeral Home 
in Munfordville with the Rev. Lonnie Sheets officiating.  Burial will be in 
Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.
  Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Central time today and continues at 9 a.m. 
Central time Monday at the funeral home.
  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations 
to the Munfordville Baptist Church Building Fund or the Hart County Choral 
Society in care of the funeral home.
