JOHN T. SPIDEL

A guest at the Penn Sill Hotel, Altoona, died unexpectedly early this morning.  
He was born in Altoona on Oct. 19, 1910, a son of John G. and Mazie (Brown) 
Spidel.  Surviving are his mother, one brother, James of Altoona and six 
sisters, Mrs. Nora Geesey of Hollidaysburg; Mrs. Clara Daski, Mrs. Stella 
Walters, Mrs. Edith Geesey and Mrs. Joan Kelley, of Altoona, and Mrs. Mazie 
Bryan (cq) of Hagerstown, Md.  He was a member of the Altoona Bible Church and 
retired as a brakeman on the Middle division of the Pennsylvania railroad in 
1953.  Friends will be received at the Krish Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Monday
