MRS. FRANCESCA STAHL,

Wife of John Stahl, died at 6:25 o'clock last evening at the family 
residence, 1026 Second avenue, of cancer of the stomach.  Her maiden name was 
Bocke, born in Wosseith, Germany, April 24, 1848, coming to this country in 
1886 with her husband and family.  She is survived by her husband and three 
children, these latter being Joseph H., John and F. G, all residing in 
Altoona.  Mrs. John Wissinger of this city is a sister of the deceased, and 
she is also survived by two sisters in Germany.  She was a member of St. 
Mary's German Catholic church.  Funeral at 8:30 o'clock Wednesday morning; 
services in St. Mary's church; interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
