MRS. CLARA STEINER

  Of 1006 8th Ave., died in the Altoona hospital Thursday at 2 A.M.
  Mrs. Steiner was born April 3, 1873, in Blair county, the daughter of 
Frank and Christine (Harker) Smith.
  Surviving are her husband, Frank Joseph Steiner, and these children: 
Earl Helsel of Silver Springs, Md., Mrs. Mary Dockenbauch of Columbus, 
O., Mrs. Isora E. Dodson of Hollidaysburg, Mrs. Effie Luther of 
Altoona; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-
great-grandchild; a brother, Charles Smith of Altoona; two step-
children, Cloyd Helsel of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Nellie Cockran of 
Juniata.
  She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
  Friends will be received at the Myers funeral home after 9 A.M. 
Friday.

STEINER - Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Steiner of 1006 8th Ave., 
will be held Saturday at 3:30 P.M. in charge of Rev. Max M. Houser at 
the Myers funeral home. Interment in Albright cemetery, Roaring Spring. 
Friends are being received at the funeral home after 9 A.M. Friday.
