Steuer, 1808 Fourth avenue. Her untimely demise resulted from a complication of diseases superinduced by a severe cold, from which she had been a sufferer for more than a year. The deceased was born in this city January 6, 1892. Besides her parents she is survived by two sisters, Clara Steuer and Mrs. Charles Filer. The young woman has been a patient sufferer, rarely making a complaint. Her last days were full of pain, but she bore her sufferings with patience and fortitude; and so it was with calmness she faced the end. She was conscious when the summons came, and surrounded by her family, passed peacefully out. In early life her sun had gone down in the morning to arise in a lovelier ray in God's eternal day. Miss Steuer was a member of St. Mary's German Catholic church where mass will be sung for the repose of her soul Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock. Interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
