DUKE R. STEVENS 

Of 4695 Bassett Road, Randolph, Ohio, was dead on arrival at Robinson 
Memorial Hospital, Ravenna, Ohio, at 1:15 a.m. Monday.  He was born 
June 14, 1900 at Marion, Ky., and married Leona Gomer, formerly of 
Altoona. Surviving are his wife, two children, Walter R. of Cocoa, 
Fla., and Mrs. Fred Burke of Cleveland, Ohio; two grandchildren and one 
brother and one sister of Ohio.  He was a member of the Randolph 
Methodist Church and the Goodyear Twenty-five-year Club.  He was a 
farmer and a 45-year employee of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.  
Friends will be received at the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home on Wednesday 
evening.
