She was born May 14, 1894, in Altoona, the daughter of Frederick and Catherine (Recktenwald) Spuhler, and April 14, 1912, in Cumberland, Md., married William W. Stevens, who died April 24, 1967. Surviving are three children, Mrs. Elizabeth Gardner of Altoona, Marquis of Juniata and William B. of Burlington, N.J.; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two sisters, Louise and Mrs. Mary Griffith of Altoona. Mrs. Stevens was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Warren H. Replogle Funeral Home. STEVENS - The funeral of Elizabeth Catherine Stevens of 3515 Walnut Ave. will be held with a mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Interment in Grandview Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Warren H. Replogle Funeral Home, where a wake service will be held at 730 p.m. Wednesday.
