JULIA M. STEVENS 

Formerly of Altoona, died at the Morrisons Cove Home for the Aged at 
Martinsburg, at 4 o'clock this morning after an illness of several months.  She 
was born at Williamsburg Sept. 9, 1859, a daughter of James M. and Rachael 
(Houck) Stevens.  Miss Stevens was a member of the Eighth Avenue Methodist 
church for more than 75 years, a member of the Ida May Fry class and a teacher 
in the Sunday school for many years.  Friends will be received at the Hickey 
funeral home after 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
