Stewart, whose husband, Colonel Frank B. Stewart, was postmaster of Altoona from April 5, 1869 to Feb. 8, 1877, died on Monday evening in Washington, D.C., where she had resided the past five years. The remains will be brought to Altoona on Thursday afternoon on train No. 15 for burial in Fairview cemetery. Mrs. Stewart for some years following the death of her husband resided in Altoona but her health becoming such that a change of climate was deemed advisable, she had resided for the past five years with her daughter, Mrs. R. H. Stone of Washington. Mrs. Stewart prior to her marriage was Miss Anna S. Hawksworth, the daughter of George and Susan Hawksworth, former well known residents of this city. She was 74 years old at her death. She is survived by her daughters, Susan, Mrs. R. H. Stone and Georgetta, all of Washington, and Mrs. Thad Trout of Lima, O., and one sister, Mrs. Ella J. Paul of Neff's Mills, Pa. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., July 20, 1921
