DEATHS OF CHILDREN.

  James R. Stewart, son of Samuel and Jennie, deceased, Stewart, died 
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Simonton at 6.10 o'clock Saturday 
evening of scarlet fever, aged 13 years and 2 months.  The deceased was 
a bright and intelligent boy and had resided with Mr. and Mrs. Simonton 
since 9 months old.  He was well liked by his schoolmates and 
companions.  The funeral, which will be private, will take place this 
morning at 10 o'clock; interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
