MRS. ALVIRA G. STIFFLER
 
Of 116 East Sixth avenue, died at 9.55 o'clock last evening at the 
Fitzgerald nursing home after an extended illness. She was about 84 
years old and was the widow of Boyd Stiffler. Surviving are only nieces 
and nephews. Friends may call after 7 o'clock this evening at the 
Lafferty funeral home.

MRS. ALVIRA G. STIFFLER
 
Of 116 East Sixth avenue, who died Tuesday evening, was born on July 
10, 1862, in Sinking valley, a daughter of John and Jane (Cree) 
Jackson. Her husband, Boyd Stiflfer, died in 1921. Mrs. Stiffler was a 
member of the Third Presbyterian church. Friends may call at the 
Lafferty funeral home.

Second avenue, will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the 
funeral home of John P. Lafferty in charge of Rev. Austin Hunter.
