She was born in Williamsburg July 22, 1921, a daughter of Thomas and Hulda (Traxler) Rhine, and was married Oct. 4, 1940, at Cumberland, Md., to Kenneth Dale Stiffler. Surviving are her husband, two sons, Kenneth J. and James F., at home; her mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Marks of Canton, O., and a step-brother, Denver Shore of Chicago. Mrs. Stiffler was a member of Williamsburg Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Stiffler, 208 Poplar street, Roaring Spring, after 7 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, April 27, 1953
